Shipping Info
All orders are sent via the Australia Post Network and Courier Services, depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
I have 2 postage options available on the website:
Regular Delivery
- Standard production time 10 business days + postage time (Please allow 3 week production time for Orders Placed in December 2024 - due to high volume of orders)
- Shipped with Australia Post/Courier Service
- Free regular delivery for orders over $100.00.
Express Delivery
- Standard production time 10 business days + postage time (Please allow 3 week production time for Orders Placed in December 2024 - due to high volume of orders)
- Shipped with Australia Post Express Service
Regular Delivery and Express Delivery options only refer to the method of posting ie. Australia Post/Courier Service. It does not speed up production time if you pay for Express Postage.
All orders are sent with tracking numbers so if you haven't received this email please check your junk folder as it may have been sent there by accident. If the item is taking too long to be delivered you can use the tracking number to submit an enquiry to locate the parcel. Please let me know also and I will do my best to assist.
Business Days = Monday - Friday. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
